Please keep in mind that we engrave precisely what customers enter. We will, of course, provide full refunds on purchases if we make mistakes or the product is defective. We cannot, however, accept refunds on custom orders that contain typos or misspellings entered by the buyer into the custom tool. We also do not accept returns or refunds on orders if the consumer merely wants to return the item because it was unwanted. Given the bespoke engraving required to manufacture these desk signs, we hope our customers understand.
