A fantastic dictionary in excellent shape, especially considering it is almost 150 years old. The leather and cloth covers are solid and sturdy, with some wearing at the corners and a stain on the back. Internally, the 1500+ pages are exceptionally clean, bright, and in excellent condition. There is some tiny spotting, but it is minor and I just mention it for accuracy.

It’s hard to come across a WEBSTERS old dictionary produced in England, much alone one of this vast size and in such excellent condition. Endpapers are ornately adorned on all three sides, and front and back-facing pages are beautifully marbled, with no tears, wrinkles, or damage. There are no inscriptions or markers either. The large volume of words contains many odd, interesting, and unconventional gems that spark lively debate.

This is a huge and hefty item, weighing around 5kg when delivered. The flower in the picture gives you an idea of how huge it is.
